Michael Rymer has his tried-and-tested style, which he remains faithful to today. It's certainly one of the most interesting movies of 2002 year. It's a specific movie, not everyone likes it, but it's impressive. Queen of the Damned filled me with hard to explain energy, made me so embedded in it. I walked into this movie totally blind. I knew nothing about it, even never saw a trailer... That movie sticks out in my mind with how good it was. Maybe because I just didn't expect it. I haven't found this full movie anywhere else so I uploaded it here on this website.

Stuart Townsend is the vampire Lestat, who has awakened from a century-long slumber and turned his considerable energy to rock music. His vampirism identity mistaken for a gothic hard rock publicity stunt along the lines of Kiss or Marilyn Manson, he quickly becomes a pop music sensation. He gathers a following and becomes a rock star only to find that his music awakens the ancient Queen Akasha and she wants him to become her king...
